Whiteys was nice when it came to convenience of dropping a Budget Truck after hours, with a drop box for keys, and pamphlet for miles created, how much gas was in it, or left in it per say. Got a phone call this AM saying someone has to be charged for the gas that had to be put in the truck, considering i left it at a half tank instead of full when i received it. Sure, charge me for the extra $60 of gas that has to fill the tank. However he mentioned a fee for putting the gas in the tank….. ok? can’t be that much considering there’s a gas station ACROSS THE CORNER. or maybe they have gas on site, i don’t know. check my bank account, and $92 has been charged. you’re telling me it cost $32 to PUMP GAS? i’m in the wrong business. obviously next time i’ll return the truck with the gas tank of how i received it but at that point, i should’ve just drove up there with a gas can and done it myself to save the $100. Insane in my opinion.

The customer service representative was very nice, professional, and all around easy going. He made sure I understood everything completely and that I received the best for my buck. It is so hard to find his level of customer service these days, I truly appreciate it.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Took my car in to replace the suspension and "make it safe". Was charged $2,500, took a week. A few days later it was obvious the wheel bearing was in wrong and the alignment was pulling right. Took it back, said my wheel bearing was defective and took almost a week to fix it it. Didn't touch the alignment. 3 days later my brand new fixed twice wheel bearing fell apart and locked, abruptly stopping my vehicle (while I was approaching a red light thank God or I could've died). They have had it back now for four days (it's Friday), and are telling me the wheel is fixed but because of the alignment, and the fact they don't work weekends and Monday is memorial day, I can't have it back til Tuesday. I'm beyond fed up. No effort to even act as if this is ridiculous, no refund offered. DO NOT BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

Whiteys has excellent service, friendly staff and very knowledgeable mechanics. I've trusted them with all of my rigs. Light duty to heavy duty. They're usually covered up with work, so sometimes you need to schedule ahead if possible. They always working as hard as possible to get me back on the road in a timely manner. I would highly recommend.

Just love this place..Whitey's Truck Center... they have already worked on several autos in my family. And the people (Kathy and Gary) just fantastic. Very friendly EVERY time. And they will tell you the truth about repairs. I've had great experience with Whitey's. Check em out.
